Data Processing Agreement

For data you and your tenants enter into the product, you are the controller and Belrald Assets is the processor. We process that data only to provide the service and on your documented instructions.

We engage vetted subprocessors to deliver the service and bind them to equivalent data-protection obligations. The current subprocessor list — including the providers used by this marketing site — is maintained in the full DPA and on our Security page.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest and least-privilege access. Where data is transferred across regions, we use recognised transfer safeguards.
