Belrald Assets is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. If you have any question about this notice or how we handle your data, contact us at privacy@belrald.com.

When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit — your name, work email, company, what you manage, the rough number of assets or units you run, and your country — so we can respond and tailor a walkthrough.

We also record the campaign parameters (UTM tags) attached to your first visit, so we understand which channels bring people to us. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

If you accept analytics cookies, we collect privacy-first usage data (such as pages viewed and interactions) to understand how the site is used. We ask for your consent before any analytics runs.

We do not run analytics or set non-essential cookies until you accept them in the consent banner. Decline, and no analytics is loaded. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which returns you to the undecided state and shows the banner again.

Essential storage — such as your theme and consent choices — is kept in your browser's local storage and is never used to track you across sites.

We share personal data only with the service providers (subprocessors) that help us operate this site and respond to you. They process data on our instructions under contract. The current marketing-site subprocessors are listed below; the full product subprocessor list is maintained in our Data Processing Agreement.

We keep demo and contact submissions for up to 24 months to follow up and for our legitimate business records, after which they are deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Under the GDPR and Nigeria's NDPR you can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
