AI
AI, at its real status
Our vision is one AI loop across your whole operation. It is in active development, not shipped — so here is exactly what that means, what governs it, and the intended usage plan.
One AI loop across your whole operation
Our vision: capture work from a photo and carry it end to end — drafted, routed, costed and reconciled. The hand-off between those steps does not exist yet. It is in active development, not a shipped capability.
- 1
Capture
A photo becomes structured work.
- 2
Draft
The system drafts a work order for a human to review.
- 3
Route
It routes to the right team, location and priority.
- 4
Part
Parts, meters and costs attach to the job.
- 5
Reconcile
Every action lands in the decision-audit trail.
Where this stands
The review layer is already in place: every AI output goes to a decision log for a person to accept, reject or edit, recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail, and nothing acts on its own. The capabilities themselves are in beta and not producing real output yet — we'll switch them on for your account when they are.
What this covers
Every capability carries its real Live, Beta or Roadmap status.
AI work capture

BetaDraft a work order from free text on the work-order surface.
AI decision support
BetaEvery AI output lands in a decision log for human accept / reject / edit review — in beta.
AI disposal recommendations
BetaAsk for a recommended disposal method, with the age and net-book-value reasoning shown for review.
AI insight
BetaAsk a plain-English question about a dashboard rather than building a report.
