Logging a work order now takes fewer steps, with the asset and location captured up front so the right team picks it up first time.
Intake is the first thing a requester touches, so it should be the fastest. The new form captures the asset and location up front and routes on them, so fewer tickets bounce between teams.
What changed
- Asset and location are captured before the description, so routing is automatic.
- Duplicate open requests for the same asset are flagged at submission.
